Utzon Pendant Lamp

To Jørn Utzon, his father’s naval engineering drawings led to a lifelong fascination with ships and boats, along with light. More than a decade before the world renowned architect created his masterpiece, the Sydney Opera House, he used his childhood fascination to design this pendant, successfully combining the smoothness of the lines of a ship with the source of light.

The metal shades are made from a combination of deep drawing and spinning.
