The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
1. Have a strong understanding of outstanding customer service.
Friendly, empathic, prompt, reliable interaction with every client, in any situation.
2. An ability to work independently.
You'll be working from home, so you have to be able to get the job done without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
3. Be comfortable with the Web.
Generate lives on the web, so you have to be able to as well. You must be totally adept with basic web services (Firefox, Gmail, Twitter, Skype/IM etc), and be able to adapt to any new web services that may be necessary for the job.
4. Be Organized and Detail Oriented.
We know everyone lists this in job descriptions, but we're serious - this ability is critical to the position.
5. Be Open.
Generate is a vibrant workplace, and we're looking for people who enjoy new challenges.
A love of (great) design would be a significant plus, but not absolutely necessary.
