The telescope is a powerful earthbound spyglass with magnifications of 67 x, 80 x, and 100 x with three eyepieces as standard equipment. Bridging the past with the present, Galileo's telescope is a contemporary example of timeless form and function. Optical glass is of abs and metal. The tube is birch wood. The objective lens is 60 mm diam, focal length 1000 mm.
